Seckinger, of Bozeman, announced his candidacy Feb. 18. A fly-fishing guide, he has lived in Bozeman since 2009 and describes himself as a “working-class Montanan” who has “never had a full-time job with benefits,” according to the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. He announced his departure from the race March 6.
